Devin Bagley

Owner + Bootcamp Instructor

NASM Certified, NEUROFIT Nervous System Fitness Trainer

Devin Bagley is a testament to the transformative power of fitness in healing from trauma as her journey has been marked by both triumphs and tribulations. From being in a wreck which left her in a medically induced coma to experiencing multiple other traumas that left her with depression and anxiety.

She began to really immerse herself in strength training, yoga, and meditation. Devin discovered that fitness was not merely a distraction, but a form of self-care and empowerment. With each rep, each stride, and each pose, she found herself reclaiming control over her body and mind. The gym became her sanctuary, a place where she could release pent-up emotions and channel her pain into strength.

Driven by her own experiences, Devin has since dedicated herself to helping others harness the power of fitness in their own healing journeys. As a certified personal trainer and mental health advocate, she works tirelessly to create a safe and supportive environment for individuals seeking refuge from their own inner turmoil. Her compassionate approach and unwavering support serve as beacons of hope for those who have yet to discover the transformative potential of fitness.

Lauren Hughes

Yoga Instructor

Lauren discovered yoga through free classes offered at her workplace and quickly became captivated by the practice. Over the years, her dedication led her to become a certified instructor in Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga. She completed her 200-hour RYT at Fish Tree Yoga in Perdido Key.

Yoga has profoundly transformed her life, teaching her to embrace discomfort both on and off the mat. The practice has become a sanctuary where she can feel her stress dissolve, and she is passionate about helping others experience the same release and empowerment.

In her classes, she emphasizes that there is no "right way" to do a yoga pose as each individual's body is unique. Her approach encourages students to honor their bodies and find their own expression of each pose.

Join her on the mat to explore your own path to inner peace and physical well-being. Let's discover together how yoga can melt away stress and cultivate a sense of balance and strength in our lives.

Lauren is an Indianapolis native. When she isn’t on her mat you can find her walking dogs at the shelter, experimenting with gluten free recipes, and enjoying the great outdoors.
