1-on-1 Personal Training

  • 1-on-1 training with the owner, and bootcamp instructor, Devin. She is a certified personal trainer who is also certified as a Nervous System Trainer. She has experience in the medical field and brings a clinical approach to each workout to address your individual needs. As a functional trainer, she is not only focused on weight loss and toning, but also on joint health, mobility, and getting your body moving better.

  • 1-on-1 training with Emily will include a holistic approach. She has been a group fitness instructor and yoga instructor at establishments which focus on recovering from addictions. So she is able to accommodate any workout to fit your specific needs.
